What to Expect

  1. Fill out our interest form

  2. We’ll reach out to you via text or email (based on your preference) about scheduling a “get to know each other/consultation” call OR you’ll receive a text or email saying you have the option to be added to the waitlist for your desired service

  3. During the consultation call, we'll discuss in depth why you’re interested, your experiences, what you’re looking for, and your preferences. If we both decide it’s a good fit, we can discuss scheduling and onboarding. If it’s not a good fit, I’m happy to refer you to some other professionals if you’d like.

  4. If you decide to accept the waitlist position, we’ll reach out to you when an opening becomes available. You’ll have 48 hours to respond after we reach out to secure the open spot. If we do not hear back from you, we will reach out to the next person on the list.

Do you require a minimum amount of time to work together in your contract?

Nope! I think people benefit the most from at least 3-4 months of working together, but life situations happen and sometimes people need to step away. We do ask that clients provide a 2-week notice that they’d like to stop working together.

What do the sliding scale options typically look like?

The following are offered with limited availability:

  • In-person (1:1 only) offerings are $45 per session

  • Virtual face-to-face (4x/month only) offerings are $180 per month

  • Online (bi-weekly check-ins only) offerings are $125 per month

Reach out to us if you’re interested in learning more!

Do you offer package discounts?

We do not. Being able to pay for a discounted large number of sessions upfront is a financial privilege. We aim to keep prices the same across the board for all folks with the exception of sliding scale options. If you would like to make a payment for multiple sessions for convenience purposes, then we are happy to provide an invoice for that.

How do Partner and Small Group Training work?

Small group clients typically have their own personalized programming to follow while Pilar monitors and provides feedback to everyone as needed during the session. Partner sessions may be similar to the above OR have both people following the same workout routine.

What if I don't want to hear anything about nutrition/eating?

Totally fine! We respect whatever boundaries you have, whether that be talking about nutrition, physical activity, personal life, etc.

What's a nourishment game plan?

This varies depending on what your goals are! It will typically be a document that details the steps needed for your "big picture" goal. We'll focus on taking each step slowly. For some people, each action item may take multiple weeks, while for others it may take 1 week.

For folks who are mainly interested in improving their relationship with food and their bodies + learning foundational/basic nutrition principles, the game plan may emphasize personal reflections and mindset shifts.

For folks who are mainly interested in performance-based assistance or like the idea of learning nutritional details, the game plan may emphasize tracking (via photos in the Ate App - we do NOT use scales) with some mindful reflections.

Nourishment goals are different for everyone! We'll discuss in detail what you're looking for during the consultation and initial onboarding session.
